With strong skills in management and creative marketing, Kristina founded and ran her own residential real estate company in Squaw Valley for over ten years, specializing in new development, condominiums, homes and vacant land before merging with Compass. She has also worked with Playground Destination Properties on the Intrawest development in the Village at Squaw, a new beachfront resort development in Turks and Caicos, and was the Broker of record in California for new developments such as Hard Rock, San Diego and Monache, Mammoth Mountain.

Kristina has always stood out from the crowd. Growing up in Anchorage, Alaska, she started skiing at age 3. She moved to Tahoe and started a family. Now she and her daughter, Ava, spend summers boating on the lake and winters skiing the steep terrain of the Sierra. Kristina shares her passion for the healthy lifestyle of Tahoe with her clients along with her savvy knowledge of real estate and the local market to help her clients find their vision.
